Empowering Cebu with Advanced Data Center Infrastructure!
DataShield OEM Solutions Inc. is thrilled to share details about our significant project in Cebu, where we’ve implemented state-of-the-art Attom AgileMod Containment and AgileRow solutions to establish a highly efficient and secure data center environment.
This project focused on delivering a robust and scalable infrastructure, featuring:
AgileMod Aisle Containment: We've deployed two sets of 16-rack AgileMod Containment systems, one for the SCADA room and one for the IT room, creating isolated hot/cold aisles for superior thermal management and energy efficiency. These systems include electric sliding doors, access controllers with fingerprint, RFID, and pin access, and integrated power and control modules.
AgileRow Cooling System: Although the PACU (Precision Air Conditioning Unit) and UPS are part of a future Phase 2 deployment, our design accounts for their seamless integration, ensuring the containment is ready for advanced cooling.
Attom Dynamic Racks: The solution incorporates Attom Dynamic Racks (W=600mm x D=1000mm x H=42RU) equipped with Smart Redundant Power Distribution Units (PDUs). These racks provide efficient power management and distribution, with 2 Smart PDUs per rack, capable of handling 6KW/6KVA load per rack.
Advanced Monitoring and Security: The system includes comprehensive sensor monitoring, local and online monitoring capabilities, access control for each rack (front and back), and a rack-mount PDM with surge protection and power management branches for UPS, Cooling, and PDU.
Scalability and Flexibility: The AgileMod and AgileRow solutions are designed for easy expansion, allowing them to scale their IT assets incrementally as their business grows.
This implementation underscores our commitment to providing prefabricated, self-contained, and readily scalable micro data center solutions. We ensure that our deployments offer agile and easy management, with remote monitoring access platforms to reduce operational costs and improve service levels.
